After five stages of voting and results, the Bihar election is now over. Grand alliance has got a pure mandate. Bihar results have led us to think about several phenomena of Bihar. Delhi government is prone to implement a new rule regarding sustainable development named the odd-even formula. It is the first initiative of its kind in India. Nepal and Bhutan are the neighbours with whom India has a minimum dispute. However, nowadays all is not well with Indo-Nepal relations. Since the independence of India, both countries have mutual collaborations in several areas but in the last six months, there is significant fluctuation in their overall relationship. One of the reasons for the present situation is the newly constituted Nepali Constitution. Madheshi is a tribe of Nepal who dwells in the Terai area. There are close relations with the Madhesi and Indian people. Also because there is no formal boundary between India and Nepal so it constitutes more affinity even conjugal affinity. एक बार पुनः चुनाव की रणभेरी बज चुकी है। चार राज्यों पश्चिम बंगाल, असम, पुडुचेरी और तमिलनाडु में सत्ताधारी दलों की साख दांव पर है। चुनाव की तिथियों के निश्चित होने के साथ ही, जैसा की पूर्व के ७० वर्षों से होता आया है, नए मित्रों तथा चुनावी मित्रों की तलाश आरम्भ हो चुकी है । आज इस चुनावी मित्रता के अन्वेषण के क्रम में देश की दो सबसे पुरानी और कट्टर वैचारिक विरोधी पार्टियों ने हाथ मिलाना स्वीकार कर लिया है। अब कांग्रेस और वामपंथी दल परस्पर सहयोग से तृणमूल कांग्रेस के किले को भेदने का प्रयत्न करेंगे।  इसी सन्दर्भ में थोड़ा इतिहास का पन्ना पलटते हैं, १९४२ में भारत छोडो आंदोलन में भारत के लगभग सभी दल आंदोलन में कांग्रेस का समर्थन कर रहे थे सिवाय मानवेन्द्र नाथ रॉय की कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के। १९४७ में भारत को आज़ादी मिली और पंडित जवाहर लाल नेहरू के नेतृत्व में भारत सरकार का गठन हुआ। यहाँ उद्धृत करना समीचीन होगा की नेहरू का रुख रूस की साम्यवादी सरकार के अनुरूप था, जिसका दृष्टान्त योजना आयोग जैसी  रूस से प्रभावित अनेक तत्कालीन सस्थाओं की स्थापना में निहित है। नेहरू उदारवादी साम्यवाद अर्थात भारतीय सम

श्रीमती रामदुलारी देवी (1929 - 2016) हे शांति मूर्ति सम देवदूत  तुम्हारे यूँ जाने से  परम शांति में दबे पांव  हम सभी शोक संतप्त ! जब कभी हुए हम विकल  अपनी मां की गोंद नहीं  हम खोजें तेरा आँचल मां का नेह , पिता की सीख  गुरु सा ज्ञान , किया जो तुमने हमें प्रदान  तुम्हारे सभी दान का ऋण  नहीं हो सकते कभी उऋण  तुम्हारे कर्मभूमि के ग्राम  लोग कर रहे कीर्ति बखान  मिले तव सकल शांति विश्राम   किन्तु वह दुर्लभ ममता तत्व  मैं अश्रुपूर्ण संतप्त !! ©  अमित तिवारी (मैं अपनी शिक्षा के लिए हमारी बुआ जी श्रीमती रामदुलारी देवी जी का ऋणी हूँ। बुआ जी प्राथमिक विद्यालय मलिकपुर नोनरा में शिक्षिका थी। मेरे प्रति उनका स्नेह सदैव मेरे लिए प्रेरणाप्रद रहेगा। उनका देहावसान 18 अप्रैल 2016 को हो गया किन्तु आज भी मैं उनके मेरे प्रति स्नेह को महसूस करता हूँ। उन की याद में ये पंक्तियाँ मैंने 29 अप्रैल 2016 को लिखी थी।)

वैसे तो पढ़ाई लिखाई से जुड़ा होइ के नाते कइयौ दांय हमार विचार और शोध राष्ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय शोध पत्रिकन अउ संगोष्ठिन में छपा।हिंदी और इंग्लिश में तो बहुत दांय लिखे, लकिन अपनी बोली में कबहुँ नाई लिख पाए एहि नाते आज अपने बोली में लिखै के मन कहेस। सोचे की लावा आज अपने गांव के पंचायत चुनाव के बारे में लिखी। जब से समझै लायक भये अबै तक कुलि मिलायी के ४ चुनाव देखे। पहिले से ही बाबा (आसाराम तिवारी ) और मास्टर बाबू (केशव प्रसाद तिवारी ) पवस्ती मुद्दन पे सक्रिय रहत रहेन तो जबै कउनो खास बात रहै मजे के भीड़ होइ हमरे हियाँ। ऐसे लरिकइयै से ही थोर बहुत जानकारी मिला करत रहै। हमारे घरे निक बात ई रहै की कबहुँ भी बाबा या बाबू हमका हरकेँ न की बड़ा लोग बात करत हैं तो जिन आवा। ऐसे आम तौर पे और खास कै के चुनाव के समय में बहुत कुछ बात सुनै के मिलै जेका की वहि जमाना में लड़िकन के कहा जाई की जिन सुन या भागि जे हियाँ से। हर एक चुनाव के दौरान हमरे घरे होइ वाले strategical discussion के चर्चा यही लेख में न करब लकिन चाहब की जे भी अपने गांव (मलिकपुर नोनरा) या अवधी भाषा क्षेत्र के ई लेख पढ़त हैं relate करैं अपने अपने
